How we get permission to text you

Sender: Artist Development Company LLC, including B Sharp Voice and Performance School and Coach Blair's studio. Texts come from (317) 434-1042.

Who we text: existing ADC clients and members only (band members, booked artists, students and their parents or guardians). There is no public sign-up, and we never use purchased lists.

Step 1 - Verbal consent at booking or enrollment

In person or by phone at (317) 434-1042 or (317) 447-9872, our staff read this script:

"May Artist Development Company LLC, including B Sharp Voice and Performance School and Coach Blair's studio, text you at this number with lesson and gig reminders, scheduling updates, and account notices? Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Saying yes is not required to book, enroll, or buy anything. Terms & Privacy: artistdevelopmentcompany.com/privacy-policy. Do we have your OK?"

Step 2 - Written confirmation by email

The same day, info@artistdevelopmentcompany.com emails the member the same disclosures. The member replies YES. We log the member's name, phone number, date and time, the staff member, and the YES reply. No texts are sent before the YES is logged.

Step 3 - Welcome text

The first text confirms enrollment:

"Artist Development Company (B Sharp / Coach Blair): You're signed up for lesson & gig reminders, scheduling and account texts. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."
